Black ointment

Ingredients: vegetable oil sulfur crosslinking
Appearance: tan flexible fragments
Free sulfur: 2.0 - 3.5%
Ash: ≤ 0.5%
Moisture: ≤ 0.2%
Acetone extract: 20 - 30%
Packaging: 25 kg paper bag equipment
Shelf life: intact, at least one year at room temperature.
Applications:
1. improve the rubber extrusion speed, improve dimensional stability and surface smoothness degree and feel.
2 better air tightness of the bond, in particular for the manufacture of a variety of rubber inner tube.
3. increase back flexibility and the very nature of rubber.
4.  improve the foam, the foam product uniformity and reduce non-performing rate.
5.  avoid a large number of rubber filled with oil to soften the oil caused by the phenomenon of the spit.
