Applications:
1, as the flow of dispersing agent (plastic solution physical agents) is particularly well suited to mixer, in the natural rubber and synthetic rubber can be used in, such as NR, SBR, BR, NBR, EPDM and so on.
2,  reduce the Mooney viscosity of rubber so that the temperature of mixing process to reduce and prevent the death is expected (early scorch).
3,  helping the dispersion agent to improve the quality of products.
4, improve the processing of rubber roller sticky, and rubber to reduce the swelling of the pressure to make products more smooth surface.
5, increase injection, extrusion capacity, reduce defective goods, reduce non-performing rate of production.
Usage: a period of mixing with other ingredients at the same time, multi-stage mixing of carbon black can be added when finished.
