Anti-Block Masterbatch made by varied effective and specialized additives. It can use in PE, PP plastic. It can improve block resistance property of finished products and lubrication property of the production processing.

Principle:

   Using this kind of masterbatch, will forming a layer lubricated thin film and will also form a micro-convex-structure on the plastic surface to reduce the adhesion of plastic products.

Characteristics:

1.    Can reduce the plastic products adhesion property.

2.    Lubricate products during the processing.

3.    No affect the transparent under the dosage.

Usage and dosage ratio:

1.5-3% mix up with polyolefin, then can be used in processing.
