本熱超導發熱原件要比一般电热管及陶瓷红外线的发热原件寿命长且用电少，因为我们是采用高效率热风超导发热原件，它瞬间产生的热分子被鼓风机吹送到需要热干燥的塑胶原料上，以达到干燥加温的效果，长时间使用不会因高温而氧损坏且使用寿命长，发热原件所产生的热量95%由风扇对流空气传送到被加热的物体上，加热体仅有60－100℃余热残留，因此超导发热原件不易氧化且非常耐用，不像传统加热钨丝只能吹出百分之30%的热，其余热都滞留在钨丝上导致发红呈固溶体状态容易损坏。
