MACHINE DESICREPTION：
◆ALFA75 is designed for attaching, forming for back part of shoes upper, to make them forming in the right way.
◆From the front side, we can see a center station with one cold mould and two rubber mould pads. At the both sides of center station, there is a cold mould and a rubber mould pad. Heat by temperature controlling system. It makes better adhesive for hotmelt and upper heel part.
◆In the center of machine, there is a control panel with some switches. They are black buttons,for start working; red buttons, for rapidly stop. And main switch ON/OFF, show lights, and switches of chilling system.
◆On the top of machine, there is a program keyboard with display. We can see machine's working status and every station's temperature.
◆The machine also has equipment of 4 cylinders, and different adjusting hand wheel for setting the position of mould pad.
◆All electric parts include, fuse ,electronic block,transformer etc. They are in the control panel box which is in front of the machine.
