Application
Recommended VINYZENE IT-4010 used in the production of ethylene resin film; plates, extrusion, plastic collosol,injection molding, organic extrusion,weave coating, Polyurethane and Polyurethane foam such as other similar polymerization. Compatible with most polymer formula system, do not cause discoloration or weakening the products physical and chemical properties.
Recommended Dosage
Overall, The recommended dosage of VINYZENE IT-4010 is between 0.8% - 2.0%,for outdoor vinyl products, it is recommended adding to 2.0%,ensure the best anti-bacterial mildew proofing effect. Rohm and Hass Company can also do chemical and physical test, anti-bacterial mildew proofing test to help customers determine the best proportion of addition.
VINYZENE IT-4010 contains 72.5% of DIDP,therefore,when using this products, you must adjust the ratio of plasticizer in products formula.
VINYZENE IT-4010 should be added in mixed material stage to ensure mixing balance.
