Tinastar涂层呈金黄色，厚度为2-6um，针对一般的TiN涂层需在高温下才能制得，星弧开发的Tinastar系列TiN涂层可以在低至250℃制得，并且具有很高的硬度(最高可到HV2800)、耐磨损性能以及适中的耐氧化性(达600℃)。
应用:
适用于高速切削，是切削铁金属、铜、塑料成型模具以及抗磨损工件的良好选择，可大幅提高普通刀具的使用寿命。
