MAIN FEATURES:
◆The PM987 built by BRUSTIA & C.S.p.a. is an automatic pulling over and toe lasting machine for lasting the toe and the joint portion of the shoes. It is a machine with small dimensions for an easy positioning in small spaces too.
◆A PLC controls all the functions and operation sequences of the machine, its reduced cycle time cause a big productivity can be achieved, that is over 200 pairs/hour.
◆The machine inclination and the ergonomic position of the commands allow a perfect working position which doesn't fatigue the operator.
◆On the display the working cycle is programmable setted setting: pincers pulling and opening position, times (pressing, Teflon closing, gluing, etc.), some excluded steps (injection, Teflon band etc.) and the lasting complete cycle. 99 different programs that is 99 different articles can be stored into memory and can be used any time. In case of machine stop running, warning messages are shown on the display with indication of probable breakage reason, these are very useful to reduce the machine breakdown and trouble technicians.
◆The pincers shape makes the upper insert easier; the upper tension is given by adjustable and automatic wipers traction. There is the possibility to adjust manually the upper position either by the levers for individual pincers pulling regulation or the button for the single pincer opening. The lasting quality of any kind of article is assured by the correct achievable wipers positioning and the exact pincers opening time.
