Foaming masterbatch is an endothermic and closed-cell chemical foaming nucleating agent. Suitable for PP, ABS, PS, PE, EPU thermoplastic injection, cast film foaming. The gas produced by the heat dispersion is carbon dioxide (CO₂ ) with small uniform foaming bubble. The size of the carbon dioxide can be easily controlled and not affect products surface appearance. It is applying to shoe, auto-parts, household products, electrical appliances shell and other products.

   The mainly usage as following:

1.     To eliminate shrinkage mark while injection molding. And do not affect the products appearance.

2.     Reduce bending/deformation because of shrinkage of internal stress after injection molding.

3.     Foaming masterbatch can reduce the time of injection molding, shorten the injection cycle, and improve production efficiency.

4.     Reduce 10-15% products weight (According to the thickness of the product.), and reduce the cost.
