     As a new developing functional masterbatch, Anti-foaming masterbatch is designed to solve the water bubble problem while injection, film blowing, extrusion processing. Cause PP, PE, PS,PO, ABS etc plastics material and renew material contain a bit of moisture. It will cost bubble, water streak on the surface of products during the productions, and affect to the products strength and appearance. Using traditional processing electric heating drying machinery to remove moisture will require more time (A drying equipment need 15 hours to dry 1 tons raw materials), losing material weight, require more electric power and cost more. Our Anti-Foaming Masterbatch can be added directly in plastic raw material, it can absorb 20% equivalent weight of moisture. Good plasticity, do not block net, smoothly surface, uniformity particle size, non-toxic, odorless, no irritative air release.

     It is widely used in PP, PE, PO, PA, PC, PS, ABS and other renewable materials damp masterbatch film blowing, injection molding, extrusion, wire drawing. Special for plastic bags, film, plastic toys, plate, sheet, pipe and other plastics products, ensure products quality, increase yield, reduce energy consumption improve the production efficiency.

1.    Dosage: Blowing film 1-3%, Injection 3-6%, customers can add according to the actual using and quality requirement.
