The vacuum heat setting machine makes the steam heat setting and the vacuum setting (total two processes) on one rubber belt conveyor. The front chamber is for steam and hot air setting. By the steam and the hot air, stress caused by the lasting process will be totally released. The second chamber is for vacuum setting. During the vacuum process, the solvent will be dried quickly, which makes the heat setting process time much shorter than the traditional way. When air is lead inside the chamber, since the shoe inside is still vacuum, the outside pressure is strongly pressing the upper against the last. Both processes make the shoes shape perfect and the shape will retain well for long.
