1.The machine is mainly used to conglutinate the shoe upper with the segments of leather or other materials such as the hard head that cover the surface of the shoe upper.
2.The materials such as the hard head conglutinated with the shoe upper can be put on some heated glue in advance and then the operator can add some glue on the inner side of the materials such as the hard head and finally conglutinate the upper with the materials such as hard head.
3.The machine, driven by the air pressure, up and down adopts the vaulted moulds to combine the shoe upper with the hard heads or segments of other materials. After the glue is added inside the hard head or the segment of other materials, glue will be used again to combine the shoe upper with the hard heads or segments of other materials. 4.The up and down vaulted mould makes it easy to handle the every part of the shoe upper. With some heating setting, the up and down vaulted mould helps the glue on the hard head to melt easily to result in firm combination between the hard head and the shoe upper.
5.The time and temperature of ironing and pressing can be adjusted according to specific requirements of different materials.
6.There is a small pole on the down mould to help to position the hard head or segments of other materials. After the hard head or segments of other materials have been positioned, the up mould comes down to press, which makes sure the hard head or segments of other materials are placed on the right position of the shoe upper.
