This machine is called semi-automatic lining-ironing jointing machine and is applied to erase wrinkles on the vamp to make the vamp smooth and neat.

1.The machine is equipped with the temperature controller with digital monitor. With both high pressure and hot wind, the highest temperature can reach 500 centigrade. It is recommended that the optimum temperature should be between 150—200 centigrade.
2The machine exerts electronic control over the quantity of steam sprayed on the vamp and the maximum is 3000cm3/hour.
3.By means of spraying steam the machine has extensive effects on penetrating the vamp so that the vamp can softened in all directions to help erase the wrinkles
4.The machine has an indicator for the operator to control the pressure and temperature, which is beneficial to soften the vamp in a good proportion.
