FEATURES:

1��Normal toe pre-moulding is moulded into stitch down shoes.

2��It's suitable foe moulding of toe puffs made of different materisals.

3��For cold miulding,upper and lower moulds can be heated simultaneously to sofren  vamp for better jointing.

4��For cold mould clamp,Teflon band and toe mould are combined to use,which can be freely adjusted in light of vamp thickness and can achieve a perfect moulding effect.

5. The last toe is made of Teflin band based on that offered by custoners with ahigh precision.

6.The hot mould of the maching contains steam systen which will make the vamp more flexible and lustrous.

7.The adoptinon of environment-friendly freezing systen features high speed and good result with freezing.temperature up to-30��.

8.After moulding,the liner,rubber sheet and vamp are closely jointed without crinkling,deformation and bubbling.
