Scope of application

The machine is widely applied in laminating foam-type (foaming) shoes, hats, handbags, automotive seat cushion and furniture.
The machine has a special effect on foam sticker with high thickness and density and nylon and microfiber cloth below 210D without any rumples on the substrate plane.

Features:
The machine can prevent the non-alignment between warp and weft of the fabric upon doubling by improving traditional spring roller and conducting edge adjustment through rapid response cylinder instead of mesh belt. Pneumatic-type entrance can not only keep workers from being injured by accident, but also maintain the same pressing strength of the substrate plane. Without appearing partial adhesive penetration, the cementing roller can enhance its precision by repeated technological processing, thus greatly improving the product’s quality, efficiency and reducing its costs.
