Purpose: mainly available to the color changing and monochrome transfer printing of PU, PVC, plastic and non-woven fabric, monochrome graph-text printing for brand surfaces of PET, paper, cloth, and leather.

Features: The machine is equipped with soft coating blades and mechanical left-right adjustment, so as to remove the impurities inside the liquid paint case. The machine is installed with an ion electrostatic eliminator (avoid any fires caused by static electricity). The design of oven adopts the air pendent method, which can adjust the spacing between articles during baking, and control the change of color to improve the brightness of color. The heating is achieved by IR short-wave heating tubes. The controllable silicon restrictor can be set by the temperature controller. Those parts can ensure the energy-saving effect and the precision of temperature difference of 0.01℃.
