Purposes: Sizing and laminating of cloth, leather, foam and cardboard; Sizing laminating for the related materials used in production of shoes, hat, handbag, case, clothes, car seat cushion, sports equipment, sofa and home textile.
Features: This machine is equipped with dual sizing-tubs, which is the special design for sticking delaine on cardboard and the lamination of special materials requiring dual glue application. The transmission of the dual sizing-tub depends on the electronic transmission mechanism (Equipped with mechanical tuning function) with a free control of electric speedup and speed-down.  The new type of vertical laminating machine achieves an improvement based on the old ones featuring higher operating performance and safety, more precision in configuration, more reasonable in design, larger output and stable quality. The air-cooling device equipped on the machine overcomes the problem of mildew of the laminated products after being packaged. The mechanical linkage of the machine is improved with tuning function for each part. The heating system is controlled by silicon controlled circuit with A and B heating unit. The heating is controlled the micro-computer pressure-adjusting and flux-adjusting control system (Which saves power by 10%-18% comparing with the regular electric heater.).
