Application:

It is mainly used for the laminating of TPU film, fabric and gament fabric. It can make the above-said materials permeable to air, water proof and have good hand feel. If the improved adhesive formula is used, it can meet the requirements of durability of water washing and dry washing and environment protection, The product can be widely used in the fields of garments, vamp, movable shoe pad, sport apparatus, etc.

 

Features:

The machine adopts the large-diameter heating wheel, which can integrate the part of pre-heat drying and the part of heating laminating. It reduces the installaiton space, saves energy and shortens the production process. The big wheel pre-heating part can play a role as the transmission belt so as to prevent the coated film (or fabrics) from being narrowed and wrinkled. Thus the operation is easier and the laminating quality is assured. The trimming device, cooling device, automatic edge-alignment device and the tension control device canfurther guarantee the laminating quality and make the operation easier.

The special dot-shape coating wheel, together with the special softblade, can guarantee the coating effects with evenness, glue saving, air permeability and good hand feel.

The large-diameter pressing wheel ( with diameter of 180mm )can better improve the laminating effects.
