V9A/B Vertail-type measuring machine

Purpose: The machine is applicable to the measurement of all kind of leather.

 

Features:

This kind of measuring leather unit, different with the traditional vertical-type, is driven with belt transmission. With the transparent and separate roll, it can flatten the curled leather effectively and increase the measuring accuracy.

Equipped with the advanced infra-red digital scanning device, the unit has the stopping function during the operation.

The machine could improve the measuring performance. Of it is equipped with automatic printer (shown in the figure),it has the auto-print function.

Since it is bring into market, it has enjoyed a high reputation among shoe factories and leather products factories with small volume, easy operation singlephase power. It is one of exported products.

用途：此机适用于各类皮料的测量。

 

特点：

该设备区别于传统立式量皮机的最大特点是：采用皮带输送，配合透明高分子离心管压棍，可有效把卷曲不平的皮压平，提高测量精度；

在光扫技术方面，除采用红外线数码扫描外，还具有测量中途拉停的功能（国内独创）。

使测量的性能更加优良，如果配合自动打印台（见图），还可以实现自动打印的功能。

该设备以体积小、操作便利、单相电源等。受到鞋厂、皮制品厂的广泛的欢迎。
