V5A Energy-saving Infrared High-efficient Activating Line

 

Purpose:  this producing line is mainly used in cementing of upper and outsole after lasting of various shoes. Sole attachment follows drying activation.  

 

Features:

The oven for the producing line activates the cement in the low-temperature method: to activate cement through increasing wind pressure and convecting wind so as to save energy.

Prior to sole attachment, the cement on the upper and outsole is controlled with the infrared light tube in the method of distributing temperature on the left and right to improve the jointing force of cement through rapid heating-up and activating  cement deeply.

Self-owned up-and-down exhaust system can help remove the peculiar smell and protect environment.  

This production line is mainly used in pasting between upper and outsole, drying, activation and adhesion after lasting of various shoes.

用途 : 本流水线用于各类鞋结帮后对帮面和大底涂胶 , 干燥活化作业 , 而后复合贴底 .

特点

A. 流水线烤箱采用低温方式活化胶水：加大风压，高速对流，达到活化胶水目的，节省能源。

B. 在贴底之前，帮面和大底上的胶水，采用红外线光管左右分温式控制，快速升温，深度活化，提升胶水的贴合力。

C. 自带上下排气系统，消除异味，达到环保的目的。
