Purpose: It’s applicable to men/women shoes and shoes with high angularity to shape the angularity of vamp before connection for the convenience of connection and a beautiful toe cap.

The rubber mould is made of wear-resistant & heat resistant silicone, the temperature of outer aluminum mould is up to 200℃.

It’s to ensure a fit linging after shaping free of wrinkle, deformation and bubble, and for less damage.

It offers timely shape sampling, reduces the time for sample development and the cost of product.

The accurate shaping of instep makes the operation of front upper machine and the increase of output more easily.
